We all love Sangria! But, the problem comes when we organize a party with our kids. Drinking a good Sangria with our friends can make the youngster guests a bit lonely. So that’s the idea: prepare an incredible, delicious non alcoholic Sangria! I love using the Concord grape juice instead of the wine and the Ginger beer to replace the spices. Apples, peaches, and strawberries enhance the flavor of this flavorful drink: healthy and tasty!

- 1 Red Delicious apples
- 1 Lb (450 g) strawberries
- 2 yellow peaches
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 organic orange
- 32 oz (950 ml) Concord grape juice
- 16 oz (450 ml) Ginger beer
- 8 oz (225 ml) Seltzer water
- 1 vanilla bean (alternatively 1 tsp vanilla extract)
ORANGE AND LEMON
Rinse and cut the orange and the lemon into quarters. Now, reduce the quarters into slices and pour them into a jar along with 1 cup of Ginger beer. Finally, press the fruit gently with a spoon, then close the jar with the lid and store into the fridge.
NON ALCOHOLIC SANGRIA CONCENTRATE
Peel and dice the apples and the peaches, then dice the strawberries as well. Now divide and pour the diced fruit into two Qt jars, and fill them with the Concord grape juice. Incise the vanilla bean and pour the seeds into the jars; alternatively, use 1 tsp of vanilla extract instead of the vanilla bean. Seal the jars with the lids, and store them in the fridge at least 4 hours up to 24 hours.
SERVING THE NON ALCOHOLIC SANGRIA
Pour the non alcoholic Sangria concentrate into a bowl. Now, filter the Ginger beer used to soak the citrus fruit and combine with the concentrate. Finally, add 1 cup of just opened cold ginger beer and 1 cup of Seltzer water. Serve as soon as possible. If you prefer your Sangria chilled, add some ice cubes and enjoy!
