This is one of my preferred Asian-style recipes: spicy bison meatballs! I love the intense flavor of bison meat, and I like to pair it with spices and herbs. I created this recipe inspired by the flavors of West Indian cuisine. The meatballs are previously deep-fried then cooked slowly into a tomato and coconut sauce enriched with Garam Masala, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, coriander, and other spices: delicious!
