Steak Tartare is a classic recipe in many cuisines, from Europe to Levantine countries. Probably the most famous Tartare originates from France (here the recipe), but to season raw meat the sky is the limit! Here a particular Tartare made with the typical Mediterranean flavors!
French Steak Tartare is a classic recipe which enhances the pure flavor of the meat, assuming you have a cannibal instinct! Artichokes salad is one of my favorite quick and healthy recipes. I love artichokes, both raw and cooked! Sweet garlic is the secret ingredient of this easy recipe. I suggest don’t use normal garlic, because its flavor is too strong and it will kill the delicate taste of this recipe.
Mushrooms and sausage pasta is another classic Italian. Mixed mushrooms pair perfectly with pork meat. Fresh parsley and grated Parmigiano Reggiano, add more flavor. Even if is possible prepare this recipe with all kind of pasta, I prefer short size as penne or maccheroni. In this case I used extra thin penne, called in Italy Pennette. I like complete this pasta with grated raw mushrooms, to taste all the different fragrance and consistency of mushrooms!
